Improve Your Endurance
Boost your sexual endurance by doing various cardio workouts several times a week. If you can’t sustain sexual activity for more than 15 minutes without getting tired, it’s time to lace up your sneakers and do more physical activity outside the bedroom. By training your cardiorespiratory system you’ll be able to enjoy much longer lovemaking sessions, bringing you and your partner more satisfaction. According to the American College of Sports Management, we should all train at least 3-5 times a week for 20-60 minutes each workout. Sex Can be Dangerous
Researchers in Britain discovered that sex injures approximately 18 million Brits annually. Common injuries reported include pulled muscles, back injuries, bruised elbows and knees, and carpet burns. Protect Yourself
If you’re not in a long-term relationship American Curves urges you to use a condom every single time you have sex. A U.S. Health Department study found that unprotected anal sex is highest in Asian women and others between 18 to 24 years of age. Only 23% of women have their partners use condoms during anal sex, compared to 61% of men. Many women are putting themselves at high risk of contracting HIV. No matter what kind of sex you’re having, and who your partner is, always make sure you’re both protected at all times.

Procreation Moves to a New Level
Scientists predict that in vitro fertilization will become the top choice for conceiving a child within the next decade and sex will take a backseat to the process. Natural human reproduction has been referred to as “a fairly inefficient process” whereas in vitro fertilization is advancing to the point of having a success rate of nearly 100%. For women in their late 30s, and early 40s who put off having children to further their careers, this option may be a quicker way to get that baby they are finally ready for without possible years of trying with their partner. Although the “trying” is the best part of conceiving, sex may become more of a recreational activity than a means to reproduce. Source: Reproductive BioMedicine Read more
